March was a goodie. The month kicks off with me finally sweating my brains out at Angkor Wat. I return from Cambodia better able to set boundaries for myself. I am aware I can relax instead of overexert myself in order to please others, because over-giving later resurfaces from within me as resentment for another.

when I first started working in 2006 as a security guard, i worked 8 hours [a night while studying electrical engineering at university] for $60 [a month] and 12 hours [a night] for $90 [a month].

Quy Nhon is sampled through a little ~weekend excursion~ as I inhale aromas of shrimp and salted fish sunning out on the roads. I shake hands with a leper and treat my taste buds with bún rạm.

Tummyfelt shoutout to Claire, for tolerating my wants and whims, and for icing her coffee, pb-ing her j, and street eating her way across Cambodia with me…

…and to Bufan and Wenwen, for tuk tuk bargains, karaoke vocals, and completing the dynamic quad-o of the century.
