South America has been my home for the last six months. I’ve wandered from high to low, sunny to starry, snowy to sandy.

I live each day with so many unwritten adventures and ideas on travel advice swimming through my mind. I figured if I can’t get into the longer posts at the moment, I can at least keep my site active with some simple considerations.

Within the process of molding my inner traveler into who she is today, I juggled studying, volunteering abroad, Couchsurfing, adventurous eating, language learning, writing, hitchhiking, and a lot of improvising.

So what has three years of this crusty concoction given me?

 

 

Never let fear guide your decisions.

 

 

Never take life too seriously.

 

 

Never worry yourself with how someone else might judge you for doing something you want.

 

 

Never take something for granted.

 

 

Never say no to gelato.

 

 

Know you will always be fine—have faith in your journey.
