September 10, 2015 | Leave a comment Excerpt taken from Spain and Portugal, 2004. 8 eight Ramblas Street and the Harbor My family was walking down a street called ramblas Street. On the street people were selling baby animals for instance a baby chick for one €uro! My mom wanted a chick. But before that, we had seen Gaudi’s building. He is very creative. He makes stuff look like plants. We also got to see some of his artitextures. I think he has gone to URANUS! Before we got to the Harbor we saw this man do magic tricks. Soon we went to see the statue of Columbus. I saw a white pigeon sitting on his finger which was pointing west. Then we went up an elevator to the to of statue! Then, we fed pigeons* with bread. Only a few spotted us at first but soon, we were at least feeding 20! Afterwards my family went to see some fish. My mom rand and picked up a few clams from the bank of the dock! We also saw jellyfish! Then we took a taxi to Gaudi’s park. We saw a lizard with water coming of his mouth and I put my hand inside. Later my family went up a hill and me and my little sister ran a lot on the top. We also drew arrows. Then, we went back to the hotel. The next day we came back to Florida my home! THE END *These specimen were one of the daily highlights for my sister and I, second only to ice cream scoops. Over the years, dozens of soft loaves have been sacrificed to our flapping friends. Onlookers and sometimes my parents hated us. Lillian eventually developed a refined skill in target-snatching that is applicable even on American land masses.
